Sales Administrator Jobs Manchester

My client a highly successful, fast moving consumable goods company are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator. £18,000 Manchester City Centre. The overall purpose of this role is to provide administrative and customer service support to customers, end users and Sales Reps. You will report directly to the Sales Admin Manager and work alongside a team of 4. Your responsibilities will include:

Completing order authorisation sheets for the order processor orders
You will then forward the front cover sheets to colleagues
Screening telephone calls and being first point of contact for enquiries which could include technical queries, stock list enquiries, pricing or dealing with late deliveries as an example.
Chasing deliveries
Liaising with the warehouse
Putting together stock information reports at the request of customers
Creating and dealing with proforma invoices
Running invoice reports on a daily basis
Dealing with large customer accounts including resolving any problems or issues on deliveries, pricing issues, and ensuring that orders are processed accurately
Informing customers on stock, discounted items and changes to orders
Dealing with booking deliveries in, and taking responsibility for ensuring that the customer gets the best outcome by checking stock movement and reserving it when necessary
Sending out emails to the company's Sales Reps on a weekly basis to let them know of total amount of items orders and the value
Processing credits
Covering order processor when they are on annual leave

To apply you must have some previous sales administration experience, experience of dealing with customers and some customer service experience. You will have a good knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook. You must also have excellent attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and be able to prioritise a busy workload and work to tight deadlines.
