Customer Sales/Service Adviser (Initially 9 months with a view to 12)
£18,000 per annum
Hays Office support are currently recruiting for an exciting organisation within the Crawley area. Our client are a global organisation who are in need of a strong customer service adviser who has experience within sales.
Job Duties include:
*Processing customer orders
*Providing quotes
*Ensuring each client receives a high standard of customer service
*Allocating stock through internal system and liaising with the warehouse
*Liaising with credit control to manage client accounts
*Resolving customer issues
*Accurate inputting of assigning usage
Our client are looking for someone who has experience of working with clients at all different levels within an office environment.
