Bournemouth – Sales Advisor Full Time

To our customers, a home is so much more than just walls and a roof - it’s where they live, where they and their belongings are kept safe. As a Sales Advisor you’ll make sure that our customers receive the best policy to safeguard their precious home and belongings.

It’s a highly satisfying role. Like all of us, you’ll put customers first. You’ll work closely with your colleagues to make us easy and enjoyable to do business with. And that’s how you’ll help us become the best bank for customers. There's no cold calling. Our customers will call you. And you’ll be there to offer them support, steer them in the right direction, and ultimately provide them with the best home insurance policy.

You'll love to talk and will use positive and persuasive conversation over the telephone to build relationships with your customers, while achieving individual and business targets. Previous experience in sales/insurance is a plus but not essential as you’ll receive the training you need to reach your full potential. Training lasts between 5 -10 weeks, depending on whether you initially join our sales or retention team. And there’s plenty of support from those around you.

As a committed, dedicated member of our team you’ll work 35 hours per week across a variety of shifts on a rota basis, Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm, and Saturday 8am – 4pm.
