Sales Advisor Job in Manchester, North West UK

Sales Advisors: Ambitious Sales Advisors are needed to develop sales of products and services for Europe's leading Paper Merchant through inbound and outbound calls.

Sales Advisors will also support Field Sales in developing their customer portfolio.

The Sales Advisors will join this long established Paper Merchant, working across the diverse product and service range (Print, Paper Board, Packaging and Sign Display). The company has over 1100 employees spread across 16 sites in the UK and Ireland. Sales Advisors are required for the Bristol, Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle sites.

Responsibilities:
- Interact with Field Sales and contribute towards customer action plans to improve customer satisfaction, increase market share, increase profitability and target prospective customers
- Pro-actively sell products and services and target new business with an emphasis on non-core products
- Maximise customer sales by offering added value options in pricing, services and product diversity and effectively process customer orders onto the CRM system
- Gather and maintain information, identify business opportunities and understand customer needs to build relationships and generate further sales

Skills Experience:
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and multitask activities
- Capability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a highly motivate and committed team
- Previous experience in Sales or a Customer focused role
