Job Purpose

The main purpose of the job is to:

Telesales Advisor

 

·         Deliver individual sales target (Net Sales)

·         Deliver individual KPIs

·         Ensure Advisors are delivering individual sales targets

·         Support the team to deliver net sales target

·         Organise and manage call backs to ensure efficient data usage

·         Work towards and implement best practices

·         Maximise productivity by managing your time to ensure a minimum daily log on time of 5.5 hours per day.

 

Key responsibilities

·         Sales Performance

o        Sales target ownership

o        Minimum SPH of 0.8 Sale Per Hour

o        Minimum RPH of 40 Revenue Per Hour

o        Sales volume – net sales

o        Sales conversion rate (KEY OBJECTIVE)

o        Sales per hour rate (KEY OBJECTIVE)

o        Sales productivity

o        To ensure sales made are within our Quality and Compliance parameters. (KEY OBJECTIVE)

·         Increase # of 3 yearly, 2 yearly and 1 yearly contracts as per targets

·         Non Sales KPIs

Maintain targets and standards for:

o        Attendance levels

o        Ensure mobile phones are turned off at all time during working hours

o        Punctuality

Environment

·         Maintain a tidy work environment on and around stations

·         Maintain a friendly competitive environment

·         Implement team initiatives

·         Implement team incentives

 

Other

Carry out any other duties required by the Team Leader, Sales Operations Manager and Company.

 

Remuneration and Package

·         Salary – £6.50 per hour

·         Bonus – Uncapped.
