Sales and Business Development Process Manager recruitment

The successful Process Manager will hold full responsibility for defining a standardised set of policies and processes for the Sales and Business Development function. You will work with internal stakeholders and analyse external businesses to design a methodology and a set of processes which will successfully increase the revenue generated within the bank.

You will achieve this by:

• Analysing, documenting and monitoring current Sales and Client Services processes

• Making recommendations on process improvement

• Training sales and client service leaders on the processes

• Building and maintaining relationships with Sales and Client Service management, programme managers, regional heads of sales, country level STP champions, CMB Architects, STP Architects to ensure alignment of sales and client service processes with revenue initiatives

You will work with the business to implement a new Target Operating Model so you must be confident in communicating changes and pushing back against objections.

The successful candidate will have completed a number of business to business sales transformation programmes within a financial services environment, with a specific focus to process reengineering. Additionally, you must be able to show tangible information as to the success of these programme e.g revenue generated once project was completed.
