Sales and Business Support Analyst recruitment

Role

The firm is looking to appoint someone to work with its sales and marketing team to support its growing sales force, clients and funds. Working with the marketing director and team, the successful candidate will provide essential support to allow the firm to explore new opportunities in new geographical areas.

Responsibilities

• To analyse different jurisdictions in connection with the viability of selling the firms fund range.

• To review regulatory issues in new jurisdictions and liaise with compliance, legal, sales and marketing teams to co-ordinate new sales campaigns.

• Provide written management information and be able to present this to senior staff.

• Liaising with the sales force, administrators and clients to ensure business is successfully and accurately tracked

• Provide support to the firm’s clients by providing information relating to the firm and its products

• Liaise with the firm’s service providers where appropriate to ensure the firm can deliver the needs of its clients and sales force

• To be involved and execute specific projects relating to sales and marketing that will arise from time to time.

Person specification

• Good experience gained within an asset management fund business

• Experience and knowledge of Platform providers

• A good team player

• IMC desirable

• Efficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word

• Willingness to deal with changing priorities at short notice
