Sales and Marketing Manager – South American, Portuguese Speaking and Chinese writing recruitment

To cope with the business expansion, they are looking for a Manager of Sales and Marketing for South American markets. The post is responsible for sales function and driving sales growth across all products. You will work closely with the senior management of the company to ensure initiatives are targeted and achieved.
Major Responsibilities:
- Define and establish overall company strategy for customer sales in South American markets against the business plan to achieve goals and targets as set by the Senior Management;
- Drive sales activities to achieve established goals and targets, as well as developing and refining processes with a view to improving service to customers.
- Take a lead role in managing existing communities of buyers and in developing new communities;
- Work with the product development team to develop and improve products and services to meet customer requirements;
- Work with other Group staff to achieve sector management objectives and to promote new opportunities for the Group.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Candidate must speak Portuguese and write Chinese.
- Degree or above in business-related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales; proven and practical experience of sales, marketing, customer management and account management;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in Portuguese, English and Chinese
- Flexible to work and willing to travel.
