* Achieve Sales and Marketing budgets in accordance with set objectives
* Direct both national and international expense strategies for all sales activity
* Expand and maintain relationships with local, national and overseas customers and agents
* Manage the performance and skill development of the Operations and Sales and Marketing Teams
Key Requirements:
* 3-5 years experience in strategic marketing and sales with a proven track record of delivering results.
* In-depth knowledge of sales in the rural sector
* Experience in overseas trade and foreign exchange
* Team management experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
