SALES AND OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

The candidate must be highly motivated, possess strong sales and communication skills, high level phone skills, a team player, flexible and customer relations oriented personality.
The candidate should excel under pressure, do well with multitasking and will be a business initiator and not only a follower.
Position mandates sales within new and existing accounts, lead generation, sales operations and administrative functions related to sales operations. Responsibilities include:
ü Territory quota achievement
ü Outbound Inbound sales calls
ü Quote Order processing
ü Providing customer service when needed including license related issues
ü Sales support for Outside Account managers
ü Reseller / partner base management, sales administrative support
ü Some travel may be required (within the USA)
Compensation package can be up to $60K depending on qualification and experience which includes base salary and commission earnings based on performance.
Candidate will also have a chance to work in a growing well established company, learn and get promoted within the organization, work with a special international and multicultural teams.
