Play a vital role in the customer banking experience at Chase! As part of JPMorgan Chase, a leading global financial services firm, Chase has over 5,000 locations where our Sales and Service Associates (SSA) provide exemplary service and effective solutions to customer questions or other inquiries. As an SSA, you will assist the Personal Bankers (PB) with customer sales or important service issues, such as checkbook balancing, loan document preparation, research, etc. Your day will be spent having professional and friendly interactions with both customers and team members. Additionally, you have the opportunity to help grow the firm and further help customers by introducing them to a PB. Sales and Service Associates who are successful in making referrals are eligible for great monthly incentives.
