Job Description
Job Purpose:
Overall service responsibility for the branch walk-ins provide sales support for the India Product team
Key Responsibilities:
• To ensure problems are resolved effectively and in a timely manner
• Overall Service quality objectives
• Track customer relationship management
• Provide RM the necessary documentation set prior to his meeting the client.
• Co-ordinate with RM and client to ensure that the correct and completed documentation set is dispatched to clients via email or fax or Courier or mail as applicable.
• Co-ordinate with client to ensure that the filled up and signed documentation is collected back from the client in a timely fashion via fax or courier or mail as appropriate.
• Receive the client documentation from Front-end Operations staff (FEO), which has come in via fax or mail.
• Ensure minimal operational errors.
• Ensure all legal, compliance, regulatory requirements are complied with.
Person Specification
Knowledge/Experience:
Essential:
- Experience of dealing with a high volume of customer enquiries
- Proven track record in timely complaint resolution
- Knowledge of respective operational and regulatory environment
- Ability to generate leads during client calls and interaction
- Good communication skill – Written and Verbal.
Preferable:
• Fluent in Hindi or Gujarati
Experience of working across various different cultures in particular across Indian regions
Skills:
- Ability to research and proactively source new business through own initiative
- Demonstrated customer service and sales skills based on building client relationships.
