Sales Assistant - Warsaw

Responsible for helping Sales Director in selling company products, solutions and services directly, through indirect sales channels, distributors, processors, etc. (with the annual quota of $23M for 2012, $24M for 2013, $25M for 2014. Represents the company in all sales-oriented activities in assigned accounts. Act as an assistant to the Sales Director in his daily role.
The role of Assistant is both: a Personal Assistant of Sales Director as well as Sales Assistant to support sales activities in Poland. He/she will enable sales increase taking advantage of market opportunities, participating in new sales activities. Acquisition the new accounts as well as day by day work for improvement service standard and relations with the customers

• Help in promotion of the new projects,
• Help in revenue maximization from existing accounts,
• A level of Sales Administration/bid support to support the Sales Manager/Sales Team,
• New accounts acquisition directly and through indirect sales channels and partners,
• Work with internal company resources to co-ordinate activities that support sales and resolve customer issues,
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue and gross margin quotas of Sales Director and Sales Team,
• Assisting with Forecast Management for the Sales team, work with Finance, operations and marketing functions as necessary to ensure that orders taken are delivered to client expectation,
• Submit accurate and timely forecasts,
• Utilize approved sales processes and tools,
• Analyse customer requirements and promote company products, solutions and services to fill such requirements,
• Foster open and clear communications between other business and functional groups to improve customer satisfaction,
• Share competitive intelligence with the appropriate internal contacts,
• Travel required (possibly),
• Organizing and maintaining calendar and arranging business meetings/trips for Sales Director; Manage all aspects of domestic international travel; Plan off-site meetings and coordinate travel, hotel, and transportation for same
• Contacting clients
• Replies to and follow-up of various conferences, seminars, etc. as well as personal invitations
• Handling and follow-up of logistic issues and expenses payment requests related to the Sales Department
• Screening and dispatching the day-to-day correspondence of the office and ensuring appropriate follow-up; Drafting/finalizing correspondence and other documents on request; Managing correspondence and documentation;
• Managing the agenda of the Sales Team Members for external internal meetings
• Prepare and update contact lists and information
• Provide timely, efficient administrative support to the Sales Director
• Spearhead special projects and events as needed
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Sales Representatives will also:

• Interface effectively with any level in customer organization,
• Work on accounts of greater dollar and/or strategic (long-term) value.
• Typically sells integrated solutions and directs or co-ordinates supporting activities,
• Prepare price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, service obligations, etc. subject to approval,
• Implement programs to drive demand generation,
• Assists management in devising sales plans and strategies.
