Sales Assistant–Hong Kong recruitment

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

-Answer client queries or redirect them to the appropriate person

-Manage and maintain client relationships

-Support organizing road shows, conferences, client visits, etc.

-Co-ordinate travel arrangements and organize appropriate itineraries

-Travel to China, especially to Shenzhen, is required in order to help coordinate conferences/client meetings, etc.

Skills and qualities

-Bachelor’s degree a must, Master’s degree an advantage

-Professional speaking and writing skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

-Keen interest in finance industry, strong marketing skills, result-oriented

-Quick learner, diligent, and team-oriented

-Able to work independently and under pressure

-Minimum one year relevant experience is required.
