Sales Assistant – Jewellery

Carmen Jewellers are an independently owned and operated family business. Established over 25 years ago, they specialise in diamonds, finished jewellery and watches. They have earned an outstanding reputation for quality, craftsmanship and customer service that has been the major driver in their expansion to three retail outlets in Centro Galleria, Midland Gate and Mirrabooka Square shopping centres.

They are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced jewellery Retail Sales professional to join their friendly team.

Role Candidate
This is a permanent, casual role, involving from between 20-30 hours per week with flexibility to work across the three stores. Those hours will be made up of two full weekdays plus two more days, one of which will be a Saturday, of about 4-6 hours around the middle of the day, depending on sales activity.

You will be passionate about jewellery, with a track record of success in retail jewellery sales. You will also possess high customer service ability allied to an honest and trustworthy character. Your integrity should enable you to achieve good sales results consistent with doing the right thing by your customers, many of whom you will form long-term business relationships with.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, confident but respectful and who can relate to a diversity of people.

Salary
The hourly rate is negotiable and will be based on the experience and capability of the successful candidate.
