Sales Assistant
Position Highlights:
The Sales Assistant provides accurate and efficient support to a designated sales team by managing client art, processing insertion orders and working with customers to correctly place ads. Responsible for handling administrative and clerical duties as directed by the sales team or designated sales manager.

Requirements:
- Interpersonal skills to interact with customers, sales staff, marketing, and management.
- Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Excellent computer skills including: data entry, Excel, Word, Internet and other computer related software. Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop a plus!
- Strong sense of integrity to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to give attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure, and operate efficiently under deadlines.
- Must be flexible with hours.
