New Home Sales Assistant
Design Tech Homes, a custom home builder in San Antonio, TX has an immediate opening for a highly motivated, organized person to assist New Home Sales Consultants in their day to day operations. Our new Sales Assistant will assist in processing all sales from preliminary plan to completion. The candidates we’re looking for will have an energetic, outgoing friendly personality and a professional appearance.
Primary Responsibilities
· Assist our New Home Sales Consultants – with administrative as well as customer service duties
· Meet and greet all visitors in the event all New Home Sales Consultants are attending to other prospects/owners.
· Assist in maintaining a good flow of paperwork and information in the contract to close process.
· Scheduling
· Interact with other departments to ensure information documents are received and the contract to close processes is progressing on a timely basis
· Make calls on returned mailers or letters; generate a verified list of prospects
· Ensure the proper handling and follow up of all New Prospects
Our dynamic new Sales Assistant must have strong computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook. CAD and MasterBuilder a plus. Our qualified candidate will be able to work well in a team environment and coordinate between different departments. You must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
