Asset Servicing is a premier security servicing provider that helps institutional investors, asset managers, and wealth management clients to optimize efficiency, mitigate risk and enhance revenue through a broad range of investor services as well as securities clearance, collateral management, fund capabilities, asset reporting and alternative investment services.
In the function of a Sales Assistant within the Asset Servicing Department your main responsibilities are:
- Support the Head MSD Sales in analysing AS market and client trends
- Support the Head MSD Sales in defining AS' Unique Selling Proposition for each client segment
- Coordinate road shows and product training initiatives to promote the AS value proposition to end clients as well as client advisors for each market segment
- Propose overall AS pricing schedules based on activity costing and update pricing tool
- Monitor legal changes in AS jurisdictions and update internal stakeholders on legal changes
- Support the client advisor during sales process e.g. answering RFPs, drafting offers fee proposal
- Support the Head MSD Sales in drafting business cases for new product launches
- Prepare product communication and training for end customers and front-office units and maintain intranet
- Set-up and maintain standard RFP process
You are highly committed and ideally possess the following skills:
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a banking environment, ideally in a securities services department
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft tools; knowledge of programming languages in excel would be an asset (e.g. VBA)
- Master's degree level in a business and/or marketing function would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English skills are required (both verbal written), French language considered an asset
