SALES ASSISTANT recruitment

Our client is a major global financial services provider engaged in investment banking, private banking and investment management services with an extensive international presence. To cope with their business expansion, they are seeking an outstanding candidate to join them.

Responsible for secretarial and administrative support and assist in department events, activities and business. Manage aggressive meeting and travel schedules. Group secretarial and administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc. Arrange travel or business trips. Meeting arrangement. Prepare agenda and record minutes. Prepare PowerPoint presentations (in Chinese and English), bind and photocopy presentations etc. Lead and coordinate client events and trips for clients and overseas visitors, from flight and accommodation arrangements to event logistics. Assist with set-up of seminars and presentations to clients including venue coordination and vendor liaison. Manage the distribution of all marketing materials, include maintenance of the distribution database, generation of the labels for distributions, keeping an inventory of the storeroom contents and replenishing the collateral material. Input, update and maintain client and prospects database system.

To qualify for the position, you should be a degree holder with around 5 years of administrative experience, advanced level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Chinese English) and Chinese Word Processing and other multimedia presentational tools. Good experience in event coordination and management. Assertive and able to deal effectively with all levels. Strong communication skills. Must be fluent in English and Cantonese both written and oral with good Mandarin. Attention to details. Ability to organize and prioritise workload accordingly. Professional and pleasant. Team player. Flexible and willing to work long hours.
