Kelly Services is now hiring for a Sales Assistant/Support role in Austin, TX! As a Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include back office administrative work, order entry, as well as inbound que calls. It will entail aspects of the three following: · Back-Office/Admin: This will be a position is in the education space. This is an Administrative role environment and is very fast paced. This position requires excellent data entry and customer service skills via phone and written communication skills. Standard calls include order status, maintenance, financial transaction processing (credit cards, loans, leases and cash), billing inquires, returns and exchanges, tracking shipments as well as other post-sales activities and problem solving. · Order Entry: Sourcing for new hires that can easily transfer to Inbound Que. Providing order entry support for EDU accounts. This position can include all customer service responsibilities and activities required to support relationships with EDU institutions. Responsible for monitoring order cycle time and managing obstacles in the end-to-end order fulfillment process. Provides customer support activities including, but not limited to, order status, non-bookable, order resolution, billing inquiries, and resolution, returns and exchanges, data entry, tracing shipments, and other post sales activities and issue resolution. Involves a high level of interdepartmental interaction. · Inbound Que: This is a call center environment and is very fast paced. Standard calls include order status, maintenance, financial transaction, processing (credit cards, loans, leases and cash), billing inquiries, returns and exchanges, tracking shipments as well as other post-sales activities and problem solving. Could entail high volume of inbound/outbound customer contact to discuss ongoing issues, resolutions, and process improvements Qualifications: · At least 2 ? 4 years overall experience · At least 1 - 2 years experience in Call Center and/or Customer Service · Must have outstanding relationship building skills · Multi-tasking a must · High volume data entry · Excellent verbal written communication skills · Complex problem solving capacity · Strong organizational capabilities · Attention to detail, follow-through and ability to effectively multi-task · Solid mathematical skills (requirement for pricing adjustments) · Typing skills (min 30 words per minute) and 10-key · Ability to work cross functionally with a team approach to accomplishing goals · Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed Education: · High school diploma or equivalent required · Bachelor degree preferred **Must be willing to work an 11am-8pm shift**
