As a Sales Representative for Hanapin Marketing, your primary objective will be to initiate contact with both outbound and occasionally inbound leads, building trust while illustrating to these prospects why they should choose Hanapin Marketing. This position reports to the Director of Sales.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Prospect, sell and develop new B2B account relationships for Hanapin Marketing, both over the phone and in person.
- Utilizing our CRM system to track and manage the entire sales process.
- Work closely within a sales team capacity, soliciting and offering help amongst peers.
- Educating prospective clients on the benefits that Hanapin Marketing provides.
- Managing multiple prospects and projects at once, balancing several tasks consistently.
- Culture: Collaborating with the Director of Sales and Paid Search Consultant to nurture Hanapin's team-oriented and unique sales culture.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards are achieved.

REQUIREMENTS
- A four-year degree, especially in a related field
- 2+ years experience in a B2B sales environment
- Demonstrated success in exceeding required sales goals
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Competitive base salary plus commission, paid every two weeks via direct deposit.

- Self-scheduled working hours after six months of employment (eight hours from 7 am to 7 pm).
