Sales Associate
Building a strong relationship and helping clients achieve their goals through careful financial planning are the foundation of Harris Investor Services’ client experience. Harris Investor Services, Inc. offers financial planning and advice utilizing a variety of products including investments, insurance, and banking products to meet our clients’ diverse and changing needs.
The primary responsibility of the Sales Associate is to deliver superior sales and service support to Financial Advisors in the field. To accomplish this, the Sales Associate will need to develop strong relationships with the Financial Advisors through regular contact to ensure that their needs are being met.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Field calls from Financial Advisors and respond to requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Place unsolicited trades for clients; place solicited trades as instructed by FA.
• Address client inquiries, solve problems, escalate issues as appropriate.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and financial advisors.
• Provide administrative and operational support to financial advisors including preparation of correspondence and documents.
• Serve as a liaison between financial advisors and operations.
• Enthusiastically support service/marketing/sales campaigns.

• 1-3 years of applicable financial services/brokerage experience.
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses are required within 90 days of hire.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity (Clean U-4).
• High school education or equivalent work experience required, BA/BS preferred.
