Description

The Retention/ Sales Associate- Telesales is accountable for proactively marketing and selling telecommunications services to existing and prospective residential accounts via outbound phone contact. This position will be responsible for retaining customers throughout their customer lifecycle, selling residential products, upgrading accounts, gaining referrals and proactively ensuring service satisfaction to residential accounts. Must have the ability to achieve defined sales objectives and meet retention goals. Must have the ability to work scheduled hours of Monday-Thursday 4:30PM- 10:00 PM and Saturday 10:00am-6:30.

Must have Outstanding Overall Performance in Attendance, Call Quality and great Communication Skills - Written Verbal. Shifts will cover all hours of Operation and you must have a willingness to be available as needed.

Ability to interact in a positive manner with various levels of the leadership team and the agents, while providing professional responses to our customers; questions and concerns during call escalations.

Handle all residential service and inquiry requests. Must maintain a professional image. Ability to prioritize assignments and follow through to completion. Use and knowledge of computer data entry, type 35 wpm, skilled in MS Word Excel applications. Skilled in managing multiple tasks and prioritization.
