For our office in Frankfurt (Messeturm) we are recruiting for various Sales roles:
Sales Associate(s) – German/Dutch/Danish speaking
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the business development for your region
- Initiate sales for FX, CFD and Commodity products for your market
- Source prospective clients for the company’s products
- Follow up on all prospects via phone calls and emails
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients via telephone and email
- Gather market and customer information
- Maintain leads in an organised manner
- Liaise with Marketing department to promote lead acquisition and follow up on targeted marketing campaigns
- Provide feedback to Marketing on success of promotional campaigns and client requirements/trends
- Educate clients on the use of platforms, systems and trading processes
Your skills:
- High degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Resilience and ability to cope with rejection
- Proactive, positive and flexible approach to teamwork
- Good phone mannerism
- Ability to sell
- Organized with good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Native German/Dutch/Danish speaker.
Your experience:
- Educated to A levels or equivalent – Degree level preferred
- Proven track record in front office, target driven financial Sales.
- Industry knowledge
- Good level of written and spoken English along with fluency in German or Dutch or Danish
Personal Specification:
- Hard working individual with a real passion to talking to people about FX trading and other margin trading products.
- Knowledge and awareness about our competitors
- Commercial awareness to identify good leads and business opportunities for partnerships
