Sales & Business Development Manager Trust recruitment
In this exciting sales role you will be given the opportunity to develop and build up the sales network in the German speaking regions. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients and trust assignments via different professional networks, maintaining relationships, and developing new business contacts in order to increase market share.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Initiating proposals focused on creating new business
- Executing sales conversion with new and existing clients/intermediaries as well as negotiation on and acquiring contracts with these parties
- Actively promoting the products and services offered to relevant target audiences
- Obtaining optimal market insight and identifying business opportunities via thorough market analysis and research
- Providing timely reporting information to the Executive Commercial Director/Manager Business Development team
- Ensuring transfer of market and specific client knowledge to Relationship Managers and other relevant internal stakeholders
To fill this position our client is looking to employ an ambitious and result oriented professional with a very strong sales drive. You enjoy getting out on the market and networking in order to bring in new business. Besides this you meet the following requirements:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Tax, Law, Economics or Business Studies
- You have built a track record in Sales and Business Development, preferably within trust corporate services or another financial services firm
- You have a proven network in the Swiss German market, especially in the Zürich area
- You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- You are fluent in German and English
- You have a strong, self-confident personality, with a real drive to succeed
- You are a pro-active self-starter who is at ease working both independently and in a team.
