FAMILY SERVICE DIRECTOR | ADVANCE PLANNING SPECIALIST
Precoa (www.precoa.com), the only proactive preneed sales and marketing company in the funeral industry profession, is actively recruiting for a Family Service Director / Advance Planning Specialist (FSD/APS) to represent Butler Funeral Homes Cremation Tribute Center in Springfield, Illinois.
Effective Lead Generation Programs and Strategic Marketing support systems are already in place. Approximately 50% of appointments will be pre-set.
BENEFITS COMPENSATION:
$45,000 - $85,000 Annually
Strategic Marketing Support
The FSD/APS functions as the outside sales representative for the funeral home. You will meet with families on a preneed basis, assist in the advance planning process, and motivate the client to purchase a guaranteed advance funeral plan. This plan is a specialized life insurance policy designed for funerals that provide the consumer with the ability to secure today’s prices for the arrangement plans, and receive coverage for the full cost of the funeral while making payments. If the client dies during the course of the payment plan, the funeral is paid in full, and the emotional and financial burden of planning a funeral at the time of need is greatly reduced. Every time you assist an individual with completing and securing funding for their plans, you positively impact the family.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong Interpersonal Abilities.
Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Current Illinois life insurance license or the ability to obtain one.
