PACKAGING SALES COORDINATOR MANAGER ROLE
BASIC: £18K- £23K, Progression to Supervisor Role
AREA: Manchester/Tameside
EXPERIENCE - Must have good client management skills / Packaging Experience / Working within a customer focused environment / Project Management / 2 years related office based experience or equivalent / Packaging design and manufacturing processes essential / Printing manufacturing processes essential / Commercial aspects of business; quoting, invoicing etc.
ROLE:
• To manage all orders through the manufacturing process from enquiry to delivery.
• To act as the primary internal contact for customers and maximise sales opportunities wherever possible.
• Sales Coordinator/ Customer Service/ Client Services for a Corrugated Packaging Company
• Liaise with commercial team to process and raise quotes
• Ensure company pricing policy is implemented
• Work with Accounts Department to ensure all invoicing is correct before despatch
• Manage all customer complaints
• Work within targets and KPI's set
• Prepare all necessary paperwork required for each relevant part of the manufacturing process
• Prepare weekly reports by customer detailing enquiries and orders
• Sole person based on-site
• To join a team of 3 others
• You will be required to offer sales support for the outside sales team
• New Business enquiries
• Account Handler
• Communicate and manage packaging with relevant departments
• Operations management

• Working with global clients such as; Timberland, Asda, Sony etc.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST have experience in a similar Sales Coordinator/ Customer Services/ Client Services role
• MUST have Packaging Experience
• Packaging design and manufacturing processes essential
• Printing manufacturing processes essential
• Corrugated Packaging experience desirable
• Use of a personal computer
• Ability to analyse/interpret data and write reports
• Ability to handle and resolve customer enquiries and problems
• Ability to view macro and micro issues within client and company
