Sales Consultant
This leading financial services organisation require a Financial Sales Professional to sell and promote a variety of Life Insurance products to customers and enhance relationships with existing customers.
You will be required to:
• Achieve an agreed sales target by making and receiving high quality targeted telephone calls during which factual information will be given in order to assist the customer in purchasing desired products.
• Promote a variety of new and existing products covering Home Car Insurance, Life Assurance and internal products to customers
• Build relationships with the customer base to enable customers to purchase appropriate products and to maintain relationships in the future to encourage customer retention
• Build long term relationships with new and existing customers using effective communication and interpersonal skills. To prospect and maintain regular contact with customers to encourage further business in the future.
• Adhere to prescribed processes and procedures to contribute to the compliant operation of the sales contact centre.
Ideally you will have previous experience in a financial services sales role and hold the CF1 or equivalent (although not essential). An understanding of FSA requirements and TCF principals when dealing with customers is highly desirable.
