Sales Consultant
Our client, a leading Insurance Provider based in South-East London, are looking to recruit a number of Sales Consultants to help increase the productivity and efficiency of their Contact Centre.
The role will require you to make in excess of 50 daily outbound calls to existing/previous customers to offer a range of Insurance products. You will also be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for any inbound customer enquiries and can expect to spend approximately 80% of your time over the phone. Based in an easily accessible location and under the stewardship of a fantastic Call Centre Manager, you will be expected to work towards Customer Service/Sales targets and be flexible to work within the 35-hour Monday to Saturday shift pattern.
Previous telephony experience is desired, ideally in an outbound sales environment, although immediately available candidates with an articulate telephone manner and the confidence to speak with customers over the phone will also be considered.
