Sales Consultant
A UK Leading Bank are looking for an experience Sales Consultant within a contact centre environment handling both inbound and outbound sales enquiries regarding a range of financial services products. The area deals with both new and existing customers across. The bank ensures it all times works with their customers to understand their financial needs and requirements to ensure strong relationships and provide information only services requested by the customer.
The area is subject to full regulatory oversight and individuals must be prepared to multi-skill across teams and product areas. This role exists to deliver financial services sales activity within a direct channels contact centre environment, whilst adhering to regulatory, telephony and business standards set. You will help the Bank grow quality revenue through the achievement of financial related targets set.
To be a successful candidate you must be experienced at working to consistently meet or exceed minimum performance standards for sales enquiries and supporting administrative activities. Ideally you will have contact centre environment experience of working to telephony standards and metrics. You must also have a proven track record of complying with internal and external; regulatory, operational, compliance, credit and key control systems and procedures.
