Position: Sales Consultant for Business Process Improvement Services using OCIE (Online Computer Information Exchange). We offer a non-refundable draw, a generous commission plan and great benefits; including company paid health insurance.
Donnell Systems is seeking energetic and aggressive Sales Consultants to sell “cost reduction with no capital investment” point solutions using OCIE and maintain business relationships with customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and committed to providing high-quality service to the user community.
Successful applicants may have a background or experience in areas such as: process improvement consulting, system/application support to user community, IT interface with user community, vendor providing products or services or IT-oriented person with a desire to work closer with the business needs of the user community. Above all, Sales Consultants must be a good communicator and consensus builder. The goal is to get customers to make decisions that are in their best interest.
By working with our existing staff, you will learn to develop sales leads, call on prospective customers (in-person or via phone) and build relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners. Sales Consultants will present and provide information about company service solutions and OCIE software capabilities, quote pricing and prepare sales contracts for new customers, review customer’s business needs and recommend appropriate solutions, and research technology in preparation for obtaining new business.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
2-5+ years experience in using or implementing software solutions to improve efficiencies of business processes
Ability to be point person for entire sales process while keeping all interested parties updated
Ability to travel 25-50% of time
