* Handling large volumes of inbound calls and converting sales enquiries into won revenue, ultimately maximizing revenue.
* Responsible for prospecting further opportunities and revenue when seasonality requires via outbound calling.
* Positioning and selling the benefits of clients consumer product portfolio. This also includes having a good understanding of competitor products, in order to effectively match and sell the benefits of clients products against this.
* Identifies, qualifies Direct sales opportunities
* Through supply chain management, handles product availability issues and the order escalation process to meet customers needs
* Instigates cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to improve margin revenue performance
* Executes sales campaigns based on Director sign-off and provides suggestions for campaigns back to Business Groups
* Closed-loop lead management - continues management of activity through sales cycle
* Highly focused on quality (including quality of customer communication and written documentation)
* Highly organised working environment, with focus on good time management and meeting agreed deadlines

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE:
* Proven success in a revenue accountable phone and web sales role
* Ability to carry out defined sales actions and calls, based on Sales Account Plans
* Exceptional negotiation closing skills
* The ability to quickly review and adapt sales tactics where results do not meet expectations
* Exceptional understanding of Customers within the SMB Consumer segment
* Ability to collaborate with colleagues throughout EMEA
* Excellent client awareness and understanding of the business portfolio.
