We are currently recruiting for MPS sales and Color Graphic Sales positions in the following marketplaces: Philadelphia, PA; Maryland/Washington DC/Northern Virginia; Richmond, VA and Virginia Beach, VA.    Ideally, you should have experience in the document management industry (copiers,computer software, facilities, etc), and have three years of successful B2B sales experience.   Strategically, you know about building, managing and growing a territory and are comfortable in the office technology and software environments.


MPS Sales Consultant

Managed Print Services
(MPS) revolutionizes the way organizations manage and secure the print infrastructure.  It is the most effective way that businesses control the cost of printing while maximizing support of document management to the end users. This is done by optimizing a company’s utilization of fleet output devices (printers, copiers, fax machines, etc.).

An MPS Sales Consultant is a full-time outside business-to-business sales professional who is responsible for growing MPS customers and gaining new market share in a given territory.

The successful MPS Sales Consultant will be a seasoned professional who enjoys winning and leveraging executive relationships. This person will demonstrate success through proactive engagement of senior IT, application stakeholders, and appropriate partners. This person must be able to demonstrate an ability to advance sales campaigns in a needs-based and highly participative fashion – this would include consultative dialog, cross-functional engagement (both within the account and ARC).

Responsibilities:

·         In this highly visible sales role, we seek motivated, drive-for-results style consulting services sales professionals with excellent prospecting and campaign management within the high-technology arena   

·         Direct and measurable experience selling, designing and implementing complex, customized consulting engagements that fully leverage ARC’s services and technology portfolio.   

·         An experienced hunter with a proven track record of account prospecting and revenue attainment with a history of meeting consulting and advanced services sales quotas north of $2M 

·         Excellent written, verbal and formal presentation skills to client and partner audiences ranging from technical implementers through Director/VP and Executive levels

·         Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word

·         Experience working for IKON, Pitney Bowes, Canon, HP, Océ, Toshiba, Ricoh Savin, Xerox, Documentum, EMC2, and related business management and document management companies a definite plus

·         Experience in the workflows for clients in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction marketplace a definite plus

 

Color Graphics Sales Consultant
Requirements:
     

·         BS/BA degree in business or other related field

·         Minimum 3 years of progressively more responsible professional sales leadership experience in document management and or related printing  

·         College internship in sales, marketing or business is acceptable

·          Valid driver license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage

·          Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills

·          Proficiency using MS Office, e.g., PowerPoint, Excel and Word and the internet for research

·          Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement

·          Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment

·          Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels

·         Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability; willingness to take risks and try new approaches.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Sell full line of visual communication services, including large format, small format and finishing services to local, regional and national businesses.

·         Engage from C level executives to owners and other decision makers to gain understanding of their business objectives to promote our products and service offerings and how they create value for their organization.

·         Develop strong business relationships with existing and new customers by contributing to their marketing and advertisement goals which increase their sales and profitability objectives.

·         Develop a strategic plan for achieving revenue quota and maximizing long-term account revenue opportunities

·         Perform effective cold calling and needs identification.

·         Develop and deliver customer presentations, demonstrations and proposals highlighting the value that we bring to their marketing and advertising needs.

·         Manage complex sales cycles utilizing a consultative solution selling approach.

·         Develop proposals outlining unique customer business applications, pricing, and implementation plans.

·         Utilize internal resources, including experienced production resources, graphic design, installation, outsourced vendor partners to effectively present a total solution to the customer.

·         Effectively communicates ideas, information and concepts in a variety of presentation settings.
