The Commission Structure is Uncapped so if you can exceed your budget there will be even more in it for you. What will you be doing?
As a Sales Consultant for the consumer novated leasing arm of the business you will be selling novated leasing predominantly to employee's and the general public. Warm leads will be transferred to you from the corporate arm of the business for you to convert in a consultative sell. You will be utilising your strong sales and industry experience to constantly be closing the deals. You will be working autonomously as well as part of a strong knowledgeable team to provide an exceptional service offering for your customers. You will be provided with the best training in the industry, as well as company paid financial certification for all employees.
