$350 Million Home Improvement Retail Seeks Passionate “Roll Up Your Sleeves” Salesperson with Entrepreneurial Sales Drive
Our salespeople’s primary responsibility is to acquire and delight our clients. A great candidate must be able to manage their time, maximize ten weekly corporate leads, and long term MUST generate five additional weekly leads through referrals and other self generated devices we equip you with. An ideal candidate for this job will love home improvement, have common sense mechanical aptitude, be great with people and love to sell for a firm that is the best in its class.
You must be willing to conduct 5:00 and 7:00 pm evening appointments five days a week, Monday through Friday in the home. Additional appointments can be generated during day and weekends to maximize your earning opportunities
Qualifications
¨ A minimum of 5 years of award winning sales experience.
¨ A passion for home improvement.
¨ Willingness to work evenings and some weekends.
¨ A clean driving record and access to reliable transportation.
¨ Clear track record of building meaningful relationships that result in consistent stream of referrals.
¨ Willingness to follow our lead generation programs in exchange for ten corporate leads a week.
¨ Demonstrated ability/desire to perform in high pressure, fast growth retail company environment.
¨ Established reputation as a high integrity top performer.
Merit Based Compensation
Our company has a best of class commission compensation plan. You earn what you sell, but are personally supported with at least 40 scheduled appointments a month. An average producer with an average closing rate will make $75k annual income on appointments we schedule and a great one will approach six figures.
