A great opportunity is now available based just outside of Wellington for a sales executive to join a small team. The role will primarily be receiving calls and processing orders but there will be a need to make some pro active calls to clients when it's quiet.
The sales executive will have a key eye for detail to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time. They will need to identify and qualify other needs that may arise by clients to maximise phone calls. This is a role for a candidate who enjoys building great relationships with suppliers and clients that give repeat business, also for a candidate who has confidence when on the phone. There is no cold calling involved and there is no KPIs in place, you will just be expected to learn the products well enough to sell them and be a team player. You will also be a part of a small but friendly team.
To be successful in this role the candidate will be confident on the telephone and have previous experience either in a similar role or with customer service. You will be able to build great relationships quickly. You will be experienced with various software packages or quick on the uptake to learn new systems. There will be a need to learn the products being sold so you are able to maximise calls.
