Our Client is one of the most significant worldwide FMCG companies, a market leader with vast experience and high expertise in foodbeverages products, owner of world-wide recognized brands.
Due to vast expansion on the Polish market we are looking for perfectly skilled, ambitious and goal - oriented individual, who will take the position of Sales Controller (Kontroler Sprzedaży) in company headquarter in Warsaw.
Opis stanowiska
- Act as a business partner and provide quality financial leadership and analytical support to sales and marketing teams and local management
-Conduct market investigations, research and analyses to support business strategy development across the commercial functions
- Manage preparation of Marketing and Sales costs for budget and forecast
- Prepare channel and customer profitability analysis and insights, recommend and drive improvements where required
- Monitor, report and challenge the financial performance of different activities in all product categories
- Drive sales and marketing promo actions planning and monitoring, prepare financial pre- and post- evaluations and recommendations
-Identify business development opportunities, and initiate efficiencies and cost saving opportunities
Kogo szukamy
- Qualified ACCA/CIMA (or ongoing) finance professional, preferably with commercial (FMCG background) work experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in finance in an international, dynamic environment in a business controlling role
- Experience of financial/management accounting within a demanding, fast moving, multi-site consumer business
- University diploma within area of finance and accounting
- Able to understand complex impacts of activities from Marketing, Sales, Finance points of view.
-Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, able to shape and solve problems using a fact-based approach
- Hands-on approach, 'can do' attitude to accompany change
-Team player, with the ability to manage and motivate both upwards and downwards
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight reporting deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve objectives
- Fluency in English
- Excellent computer software skills: expert Excel knowledge, experience in using and driving IT software changes and developments.
