Sales Coordinator - Offshore, No Selection

WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES?
Reporting to the Offshore Technical Head of Sales,
Areas of Responsibility
- Prepare and register bid / no bids.
- Handle and keep overview of customer requests.
- Prepare and maintain correspondence with customers.
- Update sales database.
- Prepare and book meetings.
- Prepare and book travel arrangements.
- Prepare minutes of meetings.
- Is updated with processes and procedures according to Process House.
- Support and ensure that processes and procedures are implemented and followed.
- Coordinate and participate in conferences / trade fairs.
- Prepare pre-qualification material.
- Assist in preparing and compiling tender material.
- Prepare and maintain / update task list in connection with contract negotiations.
- Attend customer meetings / contract negotiation – mainly on the technical part.
- Create projects on WorkSpace.
- Maintain / update the content of the project sites on WorkSpace.in the acquisition phase.
- Manage permissions and setup for the project sites on Workspace in the acquisition phase.
- Obtain documents both during tendering process and contract negotiation.
- Assist in chasing open items according to MoMs.
- Assist in delegating customer requests / chasing response during contract negotiation phase.
- Assist in preparing and handling the LoA processes and documents.
- Prepare Damex-E.
- General ad hoc assistance to the sales team.
- General ad hoc assistance to the Heads of Offshore Sales (both the technical and the commercial).
WHAT DO I NEED TO QUALIFY FOR THIS JOB?
Degree qualified or equivalent
Experience in supporting Sales Teams from a comparable business
Customer facing experience
Experience in coordinating pre-qualification materials
Experience in preparing tender documentation
