Hays Office Support is currently working with a leading Blue Chip organisation based in Weybridge to recruit a French speaking Sales Coordinator to join their busy team.

Reporting into the Operations Supervisor  the main purpose of the role is to provide high level administrative support to the sales logistics team. You will also be responsible for liaising with the existing client base to ensure an excellent level of customer service is achieved at all times.

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years experience within an administrative function or support based role ideally from a Technology background. You will be able to communicate on all levels in a clear concise manner in both French English. You will comfortable working to tight deadlines and schedules.
