Sales Coordinator

Hays Office Support are thrilled to be working with one of the worlds’ leading water management businesses as they look to expand on their globally recognised brand. Due to recent growth, they now have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
As you would expect, ensuring and maintaining a world-class customer service experience is key for the business and their continual growth.
The core function of this role is to be the first point of contact for customers, dealing with any queries they may have regarding order progression, price, product and availability queries.
With this in mind, we are looking for an experienced customer service advisor who is passionate about understanding customers’ needs and delivering excellent customer service. This individual needs to have a polite telephone manner and the ability to multi task and work effectively in pressured situations. They will also demonstrate commitment, drive and enthusiasm toward the role. The successful candidate will need to have experience using SAP or CRM systems and be familiar with all Microsoft packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for customers, providing a world-class telephone response.
- Producing basic quotations.
- Working with existing I.T systems.
- Providing technical assistance to customers.
- Understanding product features, advantages and benefits and be able to present these to customers in a professional manner.
