Due to continued growth Grundfos are currently seeking a number of Sales Coordinators to join their team in Leighton Buzzard.
The key function of the Customer Service role is to be first point of contact to customers calling in providing a world class telephone response. Working as part of a close knit team dealing with around 70-100 enquiries per day, professionally advising on product, price and availability and producing basic quotations. The role will also involve being the 1st line assistance for any technical queries advising on company products, features and benefits and inputting all enquiries onto the company IT system efficiently and to required standards.
The successful candidate will be able to answer the telephone in a professional manner within agreed timescales and understand customer requirements demonstrating a good level of customer service.
For this role the ideal candidate will have proven experience in a customer service environment, be confident and articulate with good communication skills and able to work on their own initiative. Proven systems experience knowledge of SAP CRM and a working knowledge of pump systems knowledge would be advantageous.
