About the Position
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a key support position within our Sales Department. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Department as well as analyzing and processing orders in addition to many other duties.
Key Responsibilities
• Detailed purchase order analysis
• Order processing
• Writing reports and analyzing sales
• Sales Meeting Preparation
• Coordinating travel arrangements and presentation materials for domestic and international appointments
• Answering phone inquiries on order status
Position Requirements
• 3-5 years in a similar position
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience with Quote Sheet preparation
• Experience with Retail Link that includes POS tracking reports, Time for Time comparisons and SSO writing
• Speed Quote experience preferred
• Excellent computer skills including Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel.
• Knowledgeable in the purchasing procedures of major retail chains.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
