Sales Coordinator Job in Calgary, Alberta Canada
I. Responsibilities:
· Ensure timely sales data reporting and database maintenance
· Provide administrative support for the Market Area Account Mangers
· Provide support to sales staff specific to Record Setter, SFE and Infopro
· Provide administrative support to the Sales Managers - Record Setter, DEI tracking, SFE scorecard, You Make the Call Snap Shot. Sales analysis/reports that are required on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for the AMs, MASM.
· Assist in the management of key regional accounts
· Track and monitor quality of revenue improvements on service changes
· Assist with sales meetings, presentation preparations and tender/RFP proposals
II. Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge Skills required):
· Minimum grade 12 (preferred secondary education business or marketing)
· Experience or exposure to the Sales/Marketing function and dealing with large or key accounts
· Previous administrative experience (2 years)
· Exceptional organizational, administrative skills and attention to detail
· Strong computer skills in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet
· Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and prioritize
· Self motivated with minimum direction
· Ability to work with all levels of management
· Industry experience is an asset
