Sales Coordinator
Inspire Resourcing are thrilled to be recruiting a Sales Coordinator to work for this successful and well established Chesterfield based business.
Working within a busy open plan office you will be responsible for:
· Providing quotations to customers who have requested one
· Following up on quotations
· Raising an order and remaining in close contact with the customer throughout the whole process to the point of invoice
· Arranging for engineers to install equipment
· Organising engineers diaries
· Liaising with the warehouse to ensure all parts are onsite in plenty of time for the install
· Dealing with any issues or complaints
· All related administration and the maintenance of the CRM
This is a busy and varied role with very little supervision, we need a motivated person who can use their own initiative and take ownership of projects.
To apply you must have previous experience in a similar role.
