Sales Coordinator: # Job Summary: This position is responsible for assisting and supporting customers by providing ideas, quotes, orders, purchase orders, and customer service relating to promotional and proprietary products and services. Responds directly to Account Managers and customer inquires. Responsibilities - Supports Account Managers and customers by utilizing company systems, processes and merchandise; sourcing and selling products from our stock line and approved vendor catalogs. - Facilitates internal paperwork accurately (orders, quotes, art forms, etc.). Recognizes existing and potential problems with sales orders throughout the process and offer solutions to the Account Managers and customers. - Communicates client expectations to various support departments. Returns phone inquiries and written correspondence in a timely manner. Maintains corporate files and back up documentation. - Assists in preparing quotes to customers within established pricing structure. Expect price quotes to be within established pricing structures. Expect accuracy on order entry and proofing of artwork. - Be involved in ongoing improvement efforts as directed by management - 24-48 hour turn on quotes, same day ordering, acknowledgement of orders, etc. Qualifications - Knowledge of merchandising, purchasing, and customer service. - Good customer relation and communication skills including negotiation, e-mail, and phone skills. - Knowledge of Microsoft programs - High organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
