About our Client
Our client is a leading equipment manufacturer and supplier located in Acacia Ridge. They have a proven track record as an equipment supplier for civil construction, mining and government supply industries. They are seeking an experienced sales coordinator that will be a role that is pivotal in the organisation and coordination between the manufacturing teams, sales representatives and clients.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the State Sales Manager, this role will entail but not be limited to;
- Internal coordination of the sales process including but not limited to managing the tender, order and delivery process for the wider sales team.
- Liaise with the client on behalf of the sales team.
- Liaise with the internal manufacturing team for assembly instructions and equipment add on instructing.
- Maintain the sales process tracking system.
- Provide well organised administrative coordination to the sales team and state sales manager.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for this role will have prior experience in a sales coordination role. Prior experience in a mechanical or industrial industry will be a benefit. The right candidate will have high attention to detail and be a very well organised individual with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
