Position description
Wärtsilä North America, Inc., a global marine and energy company, is currently seeking Service Sales Coordinator for our CST Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.

Accountabilities:

Responsible for the timely Quote/Order processing from customer request;
Maintain margin set forth in the Service Guidelines;
Ensure delivery (along with all paperwork) is communicated with the customer and account manager;

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:

Process quotes/orders in WeSap
Communicate with internal/external clients to obtain information to clarify/resolve issues
Track and report open order pending delivery
Communicate effectively internal/external customers on any order discrepancies
Forward (to the account manager) any order over 20K
General record keeping

Requirements
Education:

Bachelors degree in a technical area with knowledge and 5 or more years experience in Marine/Power Production/Diesel engines and related equipment; Or associate degree and 8 plus years related experience; Or an equivalent combination of both education (high school diploma (or GED)) and experience;
Fluency in English (read, write and speak);
Customer service experience;
