Sales Design and Delivery Specialist
The Sales Design and Delivery Specialist requires an individual who can support, manage, and lead the creative design, planning, and day-to-day execution of initiatives which support the field sales organization. They must possess a variety of competencies including strong attention-to-detail, solid communication skills, meticulous follow-through and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Sales Design and Delivery Specialist should be comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced and demanding environment. The scope of this job is to lead and manage new and existing initiatives designed to enhance the Field Sales Organization?s engagement with the agency force and in turn drive business results. Responsibilities include: Understand field sales organization business model, needs, and conditions Take a lead role in the design, development and implementation of field sales leadership development, training and education - including coordination with vendors and evaluation of content and delivery Manage job profiles, performance plans (templates), FSO role development and performance. They must be able to make recommendations to achieve business goals Provide organizational support to include: support monthly calls with various stakeholders (e.g. roles within the Field Sales Organization) Take a lead role in the development of business strategy, implementation of initiatives, diagnosis of issues, and analysis of results Develops communication strategies and materials to support new plans, programs processes; demonstrates confidence and is a subject matter expert on what is delivered Simultaneously lead multiple ad-hoc projects Drive conversations with leadership to understand business implications of proposed actions
