We have several Design Consultants that earned well over $100k in their first year! Proven, exceptional sales experience within the home improvements industry is preferred; however, we have hired experienced closers with confidence in their ability to learn and sell our products and services with great success. System Pavers will provide the customers, so as a Sales Rep, your main responsibility is to close our existing deals.


Your Basic Responsibilities:

• Attend Preset-Qualified appointments
• Meet with prospects and conduct a needs analysis
• Measure and draw a design and provide homeowners with estimates
• Present the proposal and CLOSE!
• Build your referral business and serve your clients
• Make lots of money and have Fun!

 Requirements

 

We are looking for people who want and need to make a minimum of $100,000/year with the ability to make well over $150,000 if you can close and if you are willing to dedicate yourself.  The foundation and cycle for success will be given to you.  System Pavers is your vehicle to success, we expect you to drive the bus on that successful journey each day!

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 years sales experience
• Face to face sales exp a huge plus
• In-Home sales experience a huge plus
• Must have an active Drivers license + transportation (company trucks dependent on availability)
