Governance, Risk Compliance is a new and fast-growing part of their business. They are looking for a Major Accounts Director to be responsible for growing revenue within a defined territory in the UK / European region. This individual will be responsible for communicating GRC’s vision and strategy to ensure our client achieves significant market share growth across the financial, insurance, corporate, government and regulatory market segments.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving annual sales targets for Audit Control and Risk solutions to the UK and Ireland financial market;
Represent GRC solutions through presentations etc to C-level executives;
Develop and lead sales strategies to achieve increased market penetration;
Maintain current market knowledge on industry issues and GRC’s product solutions;
Represent customer and market requirements by working collaboratively with the GRC Product development Teams;
Requirements:
Demonstrated track record of success in a software sales environment, closing £1M value deals;
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute sales strategies;
Ability to interact with customers in a consultative, face-to-face selling environment;
Familiar with selling software solutions with a long sales cycle;
Can build constructive relationships across the organization with key business partners;
Experienced in using a CRM system to manage and drive results.
